I am a passionate, qualified operational expert in the apparel industry with over 10 years of stable and progressive growth in expertise in the apparel industry in Shipping & Logistics through creativity and continuous improvement. I've been the head of the shipping department since 2014 and have over many years of experience leading teams to surpass their objectives.

Academically, I hold a Master's degree in the field of Business Administration from London Metropolitan University with a second upper distinction and an Advanced Certificate in International Trade from the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, I have obtained a Lean Logistics Professional certification, enhancing my ability to implement efficient logistics practices.

I'm a self-disciplined leader who has led teams to meet company goals and developed teams to achieve KPIs. I have the ability to drive performance improvements while also achieving growth. With extensive operations management experience and as the manager of an apparel manufacturing facility, I will always ensure that objective and expectations are clearly set and met.

Possess an excellent interpersonal & communication skills to launch critical initiative within multiple customers and suppliers from overseas. Fluent in English, Sinhala and fair communication skills in French &  Arabic. With proven negotiations skills, operational capabilities, developing systems with integrated operations to optimize company values.

I'm able to swiftly grasp complex situations, analyze and interpret ideas into logical strategies by identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses while providing quick solutions.
